Jeremy Halbert-Harris is a highly successful political strategist and communications expert based in Georgia, recognized for his instrumental role in Democratic campaigns at both state and national levels. Halbert-Harris has built a career centered on strategic outreach, engaging political and issue ads, campaign management and coalition building.

He currently serves as Vice President of the Political Division at Southern Majority.

Halbert-Harris gained national attention during the 2020 election cycle when he led the Biden for President coordinated campaign in Georgia, contributing to the state's shift to Democratic control for the first time in 28 years. He continued his efforts as a Senior Political and Field Advisor during the 2021 Senate runoff campaigns for Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, helping to mobilize hundreds of thousands of new voters, particularly among communities of color.

His previous roles include Senior Associate at Conexion Political, Director of Strategic Outreach and Communications at House Majority PAC, Deputy Political Director at the Democratic Attorneys General Association and campaign manager for Charlie Bailey’s 2018 bid for Georgia Attorney General. He also served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Stacey Evans' 2018 gubernatorial campaign and led Fani Willis’ successful campaign to become Fulton County District Attorney.

Halbert-Harris is widely regarded for his ability to engage diverse constituencies and implement data-driven strategies that have significantly contributed to Democratic successes in Georgia and beyond.
